Mikes Gym is a purpose built training facility set in the heart of Southern Spain, boasting amazing views of the beautiful coastline and breath taking mountains. Your first stay at Mikes Gym will definitely not be your last!

Situated on a large premises our world famous assault course, said to be the toughest in Europe, will definitely push you to your limits!

When booking flights we arrive and depart from Malaga Airport. Please book flights to depart from the UK before 8 am on Thursday, pickup is available upon arrival.

Spain is 1hr ahead and the journey time is 2 hr 50min approx.

ACCOMMODATION

Mike’s Gym offers accommodation for up to 40 people. Most of the cabins accommodate up to 4 people each with 2 bunk beds, wardrobes and drawers, hot and cold air-conditioning, fridge and all including their own private bathroom. Sheets and towels are provided, beach towels are not. We also have a family room with a double bed and bunk beds as well as our ‘honeymoon suite’ which has a four-poster bed, TV and private balcony that looks over the combat zone!

KITCHEN CUISINE

Full board at Mikes Gym includes 3 healthy and nutritious
meals per day. Fuel for your body so that you can maintain the
energy required for your training camp. Mealtimes will be given to
you in advance of the following day, carefully programmed around
your personal training sessions. #eatcleantraindirty!
