First Class
For your first Bodyjunkies boxing class, bring your boxing gloves, hand wraps, a water bottle, towel, comfortable workout clothes, supportive athletic shoes, and any personal items you might need. Expect a warm-up, introduction to basic boxing techniques, bag work, partner drills, conditioning exercises, and a cool-down. Arrive early to get acquainted with the gym, listen to your body, ask questions, focus on form, and keep a positive mindset. Enjoy the experience and have fun!
