We are a top-notch boxing fitness studio located in London that offers a wide range of training options for individuals interested in boxing. At Bodyjunkies our schedule includes white collar boxing training, sparring, open gym for a boxing workout, and boxing training. The white collar boxing training program is designed for beginners and emphasizes the fundamentals of boxing technique. The sparring sessions are available for more experienced boxers looking to hone their skills and get a real-world experience of what it's like to fight in the ring. Our open gym option allows members to come in and work on their boxing skills independently, using the studio's equipment. Finally, our boxing training sessions are led by experienced trainers who work with individuals to help them achieve their fitness and boxing goals. With a variety of training options available, Bodyjunkies is the perfect place for anyone looking to improve their boxing skills, get in shape, or just have fun while working out.

Bagwork & Conditioning is a 60 minute dynamic Boxing session.  The sessions are designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to kickstart your fitness journey or an experienced athlete seeking to push your limits, this class offers a comprehensive and challenging workout experience.

Technical Boxing is a 60 minute session designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels and fitness backgrounds. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals or an experienced boxer seeking to refine your technique, this session provides a comprehensive and inclusive approach to the sport of boxing.

If you have progressed beyond beginner this class is for you!

 

With a focus on competing, the class consists of bag work, technique, sparring and conditioning.

 

So if you're an amateur that needs to polish up, have an amateur bout and need extra work, or have a White-collar coming up, drop in and give yourself that extra chance at success! 

 

Please bring boxing boots, boxing gloves (16oz), gumshield, and headguard. 

Welcome to our 15-minute introduction to boxing! This introductory session is designed to help you get acquainted with the fundamentals of boxing and prepare you for our 1-hour boxing workout class.
Whether you're new to the sport or you haven't boxed in a while, our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics of boxing technique, footwork, and hand position. 
This introductory session is completely free of charge and is offered to all members of our boxing gym. 

Our sparring sessions are a thrilling and physically demanding training experience that focuses on refining skills, improving conditioning, and sharpening boxing technique. During this high-intensity session, participants engage in controlled combat with a partner, simulating a real boxing match while emphasizing safety and skill development.

B-60 The Ultimate Athlete

 Achieve more than you ever thought possible with our Bodyjunkies 60 min class designed to make you the ultimate athlete. Develop your functional fitness to become the ultimate HYBRID athlete. This class is designed to help you prepare and train to take part in events like HYROX fitness race, Tough Mudder and Spartan Race type events. Learn and improve exercise technique, strength and endurance and most of all have fun doing it with like minded people. 

 

This class takes place outside the Emirates stadium where we use the stairs and blocks around the stadium.
