Boxing Coach / Personal Trainer

Jason has had a passion for sport for an early age. In his late teens he started weight training and embarked on a rewarding and life-changing journey. While on this journey he qualified as an Australian Institute of Fitness Personal Trainer and began passing on the valuable knowledge he gained. In 2010 he rediscovered has love of boxing that was in and out of his life in early teen years. He began studying to become a coach and is currently England Boxing Level 1 coach.

Jason has been training enthusiasts, as well as white-collar boxers since 2012. He specializes in teaching the fundamentals of boxing and encourages ‘hit and don’t be hit’ fighting style. Jason's sessions focus on foundational footwork, defensive & offensive partnered drills, and heavy bag drills. His sessions are designed to challenge every skill level.
