TERMS

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by JSPAD Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 10635704), with its registered office at 259 Holloway Rd, London, N7 8HG ("we", "us" or "BODYJUNKIES"), to any person purchasing services from us ("you").

1.2 By registering for or purchasing any BODYJUNKIES class or package, you agree to these Terms. They constitute the entire agreement between us.

2. SERVICES AND CLASS BOOKINGS

2.1 Before starting your BODYJUNKIES journey, we ask all members to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). This helps us identify any health issues that could affect your ability to exercise safely.

2.2 BODYJUNKIES offers various boxing and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes. These are advertised on our website, app, and other platforms, along with details such as venue, date, time, duration, and price. Images used in marketing are for illustration purposes only.

2.3 Class availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. BODYJUNKIES may offer special terms to specific groups or new clients, which may not be available to existing or re-registered clients.

2.4 Minor adjustments may be made to classes or packages to reflect legal changes or improve content.

2.5 Classes or packages can be purchased online via our app or website, or in person at the BODYJUNKIES

studio. Payment must be made in full by credit/debit card or cash at the time of purchase for single sessions. For monthly packages, payment will be made via Direct Debit. Purchases cannot be made via email.

2.6 Once a class or package is purchased, BODYJUNKIES will send you an email confirming class availability, or, if the class is full, that the payment is held as credit for future use.

2.7 BODYJUNKIES allows members to pause their monthly membership once in exceptional circumstances (e.g., health or travel reasons). Any unused credits at the time of pausing the membership will be retained and can be used when the membership is reactivated. The membership may be paused for a maximum of one month, after which unused credits will expire unless otherwise agreed. If further pauses are required, members will need to cancel their membership as per Clause 2.10. Members are welcome to re-join BODYJUNKIES when they are ready to return.

2.8 All membership class credits must be used within the month they are purchased and cannot be carried over to the following month. If BODYJUNKIES cancels a class, credits will be carried over to the following month for that instance only. For credits affected by late cancellations or no-shows, please refer to Clause 3.2.

2.9 Introduction Offer Package: Our Introduction Offer Package must be used within 14 days of purchase. To maximise the benefits, we recommend the following optional sequence:

Book your one-to-one 30-minute session, during which you will receive your new gloves and hand wraps (yours to keep). In this session, you'll learn the 8 fundamental boxing punches, how to move effectively, and experience a BODYJUNKIES-style workout.
Schedule your first group class session, where you'll experience the energy and vibe of our classes. After this, you can decide your next steps with us.

2.10 Cancellation of Monthly Memberships: You may instigate the cancellation of your monthly membership by providing notice via email to info@bodyjunkies.co.uk. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, one final payment will be processed, and your membership will remain active for one month after this final payment. During this time, you will retain access to all services until the membership expires.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

3.1 You may cancel a class with at least 6 hours’ notice, but cancellations must be made directly through the BODYJUNKIES version of the MindBody system. Cancellations will not be accepted via email, WhatsApp, SMS text, or in person. The cost of the cancelled class will be held as credit for future use. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the class start time will be subject to our late cancellation policy (see Clause 3.2).

3.2 If you cancel a class within 6 hours of its scheduled start time or do not show up to your scheduled class, the credit for that class will not be returned to your BODYJUNKIES account. This policy helps ensure that all members have fair access to our classes and sessions.

3.3 If BODYJUNKIES cancels a class due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance. The cost will be held as credit for future use.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

4.1 The fees for BODYJUNKIES services are set out on our website. All payments must be made in full before attending any class, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Payments must be made in British Pounds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 If you fail to pay the required fees, we may suspend services and cancel any future bookings.

4.4 When you make a purchase using a credit or debit card, BODYJUNKIES may store your card details for future transactions. If you do not wish for your card details to be stored, or wish to use a different payment method for future purchases, you must inform us at the time of payment.

4.5 Direct Debits will typically be processed on weekdays, excluding bank holidays. If your payment date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the Direct Debit will be taken on the next available working day. While there is no specific time for Direct Debits to leave your account, they are commonly processed between 1am and 7am. Members can usually select their preferred date for the Direct Debit to be taken, but it must be between the 1st and the 28th of the month. If a Direct Debit fails, you will be notified, and membership may be suspended until payment is successfully made. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of your membership.

5. LIABILITY

1.2 By registering for or purchasing any BODYJUNKIES class or package, you agree to these Terms. They constitute the entire agreement between us.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 We retain all intellectual property rights in any material or goods provided as part of our services. You must not reproduce or use such materials without our permission.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

7.1 Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to meet obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, government actions, or strikes. If such events continue for more than 90 days, either party may terminate the agreement.

8. SEVERABILITY

8.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.

9. LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1 These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

10.1 By signing up for a free trial class via a promotional code, you consent to being added to our mailing list.

11. FAIR USAGE POLICY

11.1 Once you have attended BODYJUNKIES through a free or paid class, you will no longer be eligible to book classes through third-party services.
